Why yes he is!  In fact in Every. Single. Bucks Game. the announcers go to great pains to bring the audience up to speed on the fact that OJ Mayo is the older brother of Marquette star Todd Mayo.

Well he's not going to do it on the offensive end. Can't take bad 3's while tying your shoes.

To be honest, I don't know what the worst part of that video was. That he tied his shoe in the middle of the possession, or the guy he was guarding made absolutely no attempt to get open  and take advantage of it.

Welcome to the NBA. The worst part is, as you say, the guy he was supposed to be guarding just stood there. I really do prefer the college game.
