Someone posted it on one of the boards, forget where.  He said Buzz left due to admin instability, New BE < old BE.  He took a pay cut 2.8 to 2.3 and his buyout is only 100k,  Saw elsewhere Buzz had a clause that if the AD changed his buyout went to 100k, talk about incentive to get rid of Larry so maybe the riff was more about money than process.
