I saw a 30 second promo clip on twitter yesterday saying the game is on Fox.  Assuming it still is?

Our Cox cable guide in Las Vegas lists the game on Fox at 1pm PST which would be 3pm CST.

Not according to the cable menu here in lovely western Mass. Our schedule indicates that GD FS1 will give us the opportunity to bone up on auto racing. If that's the case, then WTF is with the Big East-Fox deal???

FS1 has NASCAR. Real, normal Fox has the MU game.

Game got moved from 5pm to 3pm, because FS1 has nascar. So, the game got moved to FOX. Channel 6 in Milwaukee.
