Could only find a Twitter account that seemed to be his, but hasn't been active since 2009.  Perhaps a way to reach out through Fox Sports?

Does anyone have the link to the video of KO drunk in a bar after a NCAA tournament game? He is smashed and almost starts a fight with a fan. Of course f bombs are thrown all over the place. Classic KO.

Try someone in Sports information at the USC athletic dept or basketball office.  Some friendly staffer will either give you a forwarding address or pass along a note. Specifically call sports info or the hoops office. The ath dept front desk usually isn't as helpful (sometime manned by students).
