How absolutely like crap our Warriors played today? I just looked at the box score, are you kidding me our starters scored 12 points........I think this was way worse than Vanderbilt or Florida. I hate to beat a dead horse but as was stated in other threads why didn't some of the new guys play a bit more? I am not about to throw Derrick or Jake under the bus, they are great kids and reflect well on MU, but they were just not up to the task today. I'm not saying that you yank them for the game but give Dawson, JJJ and Deonte a look. I know you run the risk of doing some damage to the Freshmen if they get light up but come on, change something up, maybe one or more of them is up to the task.... I think this is the first time I really had a problem with the way a game was coached. Alright, I feel better, on to better things. Go Warriors, Ring out Ahoya!!!!

The freshmen would have been fine playing. Damage would have only occurred if Buzz would have screamed and yelled at them after mistakes, knowing they were over matched in the first place. I doubt that happening. This could have been a good learn experience for them. Experiencing the Intensity and speed of the game when playing a quality team.

After the Syracuse debacle, my perception was that JJJ and Duane, who both had impressive 3-pt. stats, were supposed to be the answer. Obviously, Duane could not help yesterday, and Buzz, for some reason, did not want to insert JJJ. My fondest hope is that there is a method (and he is extremely methodical) to his supposed madness.
