Isaiah Whitehead is expected to commit to them this week. Of course, he's down to SJU and SHU because schools aren't interesting in him despite his talent.

Thought Indiana had the inside track on Whitehead. Not so? By the way, love the Johnnies new unis, especially the throwbacks. Looks like UA is countering the "out there" look of Nike with a more classic approach. Thumbs up.

Yes, I know these are UA uniforms. Did you know Syracuse University branded itself as "New York's College Team" several years ago? Watch a Yankees game - there is a freaking left field wall partition that says it. New York's college team should be able to sell out MSG every game considering the population density. Unfortunately, they play cupcakes on campus because no one cares!

I sat under that sign 2 weeks ago and cursed it.  Last year at a Yankee game a Yankee worker asked me "when are we joining the ACC?"  I was wearing a Marquette shirt and it turns out he was Georgetown student interning for the Yankees.  Besides being miffed by the at the time imploding old Big East, he said that Syracuse sign rankled him further.

On a side note, my Seton Hall friend has wicked animosity towards UConn.  Being from Connecticut and attending Seton Hall in the early 90s during "the glory years" as he terms its he always took pride in The Hall beating his home state team.  I'm surprised he takes pride in UConn getting screwed by conference realignment.

Seton Hall has him and is taking his high school coach on as an assistant.  That got around a few weeks ago and most at that point thought he was SJU or SHU bound.

I think IU believes they will get Goodluck, but who knows.

They're gonna need good luck as long as T-Cubed is their coach.
