Neil Young in Milwaukee for daughter's wedding celebration

Singer-songwriter Neil Young will be in the Milwaukee area next week for the pre-wedding ceremonies of his daughter Amber Jean Young to a man with local ties.

The parents of the groom, Rajib Chowdhury, live in Menomonee Falls.

The wedding takes place in July in San Francisco, but  pre- and post-wedding events will be held locally, according to the groom's father, Abdur Chowdhury, chair and professor of economics at Marquette University. Young and his wife Pegi will be attending.

The groom, who was born in Kentucky and attended Brookfield Academy, is an investment banker in San Francisco. The bride is an artist in the San Francisco area.

First off, I am listening to Neil Young at this very moment.

Second, I am struggling to find examples of more different sets of in-laws than this guy:

He was my econ 44 professor.  Had the class at 8:00am....never went.  The same class was at 1:00pm, which I managed to attend often.  He would always give me this weird look when on test day I was at the 8:00am class but for all lectures the 1:00pm class.  8:00am was too early at that point in my life.

Exactly.

I'm just trying to picture the look on my mother's face if I introduced Neil Young as my soon-to-be father-in-law.  Priceless.

The bride and groom can expect a helluva train set for a wedding present.

The only 8 am I ever took was Brother Horton Roe's Classical Music Class. Good Lord that was a death slog but it was an easy A. There were always guys from the hoops team in there.

How could it take balls to live there?  It's in the wussy suburbs, after all.
Have some patience, FFS.

Don't know if he would have appreciated Neil Young's music.  Got kicked out of his class one day for joking around with some chick.  Got my "C" in the mail. Was not a happy camper.

Horton Roe was an odd duck. His class consisted of showing up, shutting up, staying awake, and writing a meaningless paper on classical music. Do those 4 things and you got an A. Violate any one and you got a C.

His class was SRO. I always thought it surreal having 200 18-22 year olds in a lecture hall silently watching an old monk with his eyes closed leading an imaginary symphony orchestra as a scratchy 33 played.

Don't forget his dog occasionally sitting on the desk with his eyes constantly sweeping the crowd!

Took Dr. Chowdhury for my undergrad and graduate classes. Awesome guy and great teacher. Highly recommend taking his classes.

There was no misquote. The break was for emphasis...either you get it or you don't. You obviously have not read much Russian Lit.
