I don't know, ecompt, most of the regions are sold out even before the seedings come out.

MU hasn't played in the state because only MU has hosted the NCAA tournament since 1985...Madison doesn't have the hotel  space and is basically eliminated from ever hosting because of that.

Kohl Center has hosted before.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Guess 3's are easier than FTs.
can someone explain the "onions" reference to me?
"Half a billion we used to do about every two months...or as my old boss would say, 'you're on the hook for $8 million a day come hell or high water-.    Never missed in 6 years." - Chico apropos of nothing

I've always interpreted it as that shot that makes you cry.

Yes, I should have said first two rounds.  They hosted a regional.  When you host the first two rounds, you are required to have a minimum number of hotel rooms of a certain quality level because of the 8 teams you are hosting, and their fans.

For a regional, it's half that number of teams.

Just make the low seed teams stay in the Dells. Plenty of rooms up there.

GGGG

Is Jim Nantz Aaron Craft's illegitimate father or something?  Why does he always seem to slobber the knob of the "hustle-y white kid" on every team???  Is he getting himself mentally ready for Augusta or something?

Seriously...shut...up....

Is a synonym for balls. "Dudes got balls for that shot." See Bill Raftery highlights.
