I would define a lower ranked team beating one ranked higher as an upset. After their 3 game skid KU seems to have rebounded but I think OSU takes them.

Oklahoma State and UNLV are both favored tonight so I don't really think those would be upsets.

Washington over Arizona would be quite an upset though.  If you're confident it's paying +650. Would be a nice payday.

I personally think the best time of the CBB year is the NCAA tournament.  But that's just me.....

You would be wrong.  As we know, rankings (especially voted ranking) do not necessarily indicate which team is more likely to win a particular game.  Look to Vegas.
