My girlfriend and I are planning on it.  Have a friend stationed at Pearl, so that gives some extra incentive.  Been putting away $100/month for the trip.

From what I have read tickets are VERY tough to get. Buddy of mine went last year with MSU and he said the only way to really ensure tickets is through the University. I think the gym only holds something like 3k or 4k fans. I am going to try and make it, depends on when I move though.  ???

Hawaii in general is very expensive.  RT from the midwest is around $1000pp, perhaps more like $1500 during Thanksgiving.  A decent hotel is, minimum, $250/night, and easily $400 over the holidays.

It adds up quickly. -- But .. Hawaii is just awesome.

Wow, and I thought $800 for four days and three nights in Memphis was rough. Would love to go, but a BE tourney is looking better ...
