So the BE tourney turned out to be a bit disappointing with the loss to Louisville last night. But if you look at the bright side, in the two games we won in the tourney it looked like our team was finally working together and getting the fast breaks. I think a lot of the reason we lost last night was because our guys were tired.

We came out flat in the second half and were not hitting out shots, not defending the three... I know defending the three has become an achilles heel this year but I could tell that our legs were very tired.

Let's not get disappointed as we go on dancing but keep our heads up and look at what is to come. This team seems to be clicking at the right time, and barring a tough first/second round matchup I think we have what it takes to do some work in the NCAA Tournament.

Your thoughts?

I don't think the BE tournament was so disappointing. We shook off the torpor of the Cinci and SHU wakes, er, games and took care of PC like we were supposed to, and beat a top 20 WVU unit, getting off the bubble. Last night was tough to watch. Buzz didn't use fatigue as an excuse - he didn't have to - it was obvious in the play and in the body language after half of the first half. Rest up, get the dance ticket Sunday, and prep away.
