You hear a lot about how freshmen struggle in big time situations, which makes a lot of sense, but you don't hear much about young coaches struggling in big games. Unfortunately, I think that we saw that a lot with Buzz this year.

He did a great job this year, but it's easy to see how opposing veteran coaches make better adjustments and manage the game much better. Tonight it would have been nice to see him stop the bleeding a little better on their big run in the second half. All in all, I think the majority of our close losses come as a result of a young coach not yet familiar with how to adjust.
