This year's team is so frustrating to watch! We can play with anybody for about 35-38 minutes, but we just go cold and stop playing for like 5 minutes in almost every game. Granted, part of the run in the end was because Syracuse had a big enough lead to back off a little, but we finally started moving the ball and making some stops. Where was that intensity in the early parts of the second half?

Every basketball team goes through a couple of cold stretches a game.  The problem is that MU has very little room for error.

I completely agree that there will always be hot and cold streaks for everyone, but our 6 or 7 minutes without a fg today is becoming a common trend. Someone has to step up and get something started at that point. Maybe even use a timeout to slow their momentum and set up a play for one of our scorers.

who on this team can go get us a basket when we need it?

Cubi?
Acker?
Hayward?
Butler absolutely disappears

DJO is the only one who can go get a basket he gets shut down or misses some shots and we are simply at times a one headed mosnter.  No one else can create for himself, Buycks maybe can creat at times but makes so many mistakes and he plays DJO's position.

Team full of role players is going to lose most nights in the BE

Well, we are 2-5 in conference, so your point might be proven correct.
