Don't forget about all the three game packages sold for some of the key games.  Woudn't be surprised to see this game as part of those packages, and the people buying those packages probably aren't going to show for the others.  That is the down side of the packages -- you get high sales numbers but for some of the games the turnout will be pretty low.

Edit:  Providence and Rutgers were included with the Wisconsin five game package.  There is your answer.
