WI game travelling

I have been spending the week here in Chippewa Falls, WI visiting my parents.  I am taking the opportunity to go to the game and was wondering if I could get some help getting there.  I have a GPS but as most of you know, it doesn't always show you the fastest route and doesn't take traffic into consideration.  Anyone know a good way to go and what places to avoid when it comes to traffic on a Friday night.  I am looking for a fast and safe trip. Thanks.

plan extra time.  the roads here in the people's republic are less than spectacular right now.

MU is hosting a pre-game party at Erin's Snug, which is at 90/94 and 151 in the American Center.  they have a shuttle running down to the kohl hole for $5.
