Five Postseason Squads Highlight BIG EAST Home Schedule
         

The Marquette University men's basketball team will face Villanova, Providence and DePaul in home-and-home series in 2009-10 BIG EAST Conference play, the league office announced Thursday morning, highlighting the team's 18-game conference schedule.

I haven't exactly studied the other teams but seems like a pretty good draw for our young team.  The home and home are not the #1 or #2 team in the league and the road schedule is OK.  Can't wait to see it start.

I think this schedule is pretty good. I could see 7-2 at home and 3-6 away for a 10-8 record.

Villanova is not the #1 or #2 team in the Big East next year? Are you crazy? We will get killed both at the BC and in Philadelphia. But other than that the BE really is wide open to speculation as of right now so no devastating news here.
