The MU record is 9-0 in 08-09. I'm not sure what the all time record is. Villanova had a 10-0 start in 18-19 which I'm pretty sure is the record since the Catholic 7 split. I found a UConn season (98-99) where they started 11-0, all I could find without actually researching it
