Great read, Chili, thanks for posting. Kudos to Junior, certainly, but I still remember being po'd about his burning the redshirt. It sounds like he's doing a great job of "giving back."

Junior was a fun player to watch . Great on court enthusiasm . If Junior didn't  burn the redshirt we would have had one less year of Derrick as starting PG

Excellent read.

When asked about his inspiration, he does not hesitate. "My mother. She has always inspired me. She worked shifts at a factory so I could play basketball. I work hard because I learned from her. She believed I could make a difference at Marquette. Now I think I can make a difference because of Marquette. It's full circle."

Always liked Junior. He became a valuable player as a junior, and he hit one of the biggest shots of that entire season.

He was also great in the tournament until that disastrous E8 game.
