The Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkov tag teams wrestling.  That was part of my weekly high school WWF wrestling viewing.

Never followed the Iron Sheik

However ,I was a big fan of The Original Sheik. He used to stage some big events against Bobo Brazil in Cobo Hall . Some of the antics in the smaller arenas like the Lansing Civic Center were outrageous.

Also had great memories of the Sheiks Picnic in Williamston , MI in the 70s
