Why did the shot clock reset to 15 seconds in the first rather than the standard 20 second reset?
Sorry, don't recall the exact situation.

Was it a kick?  That resets to 15 seconds.

It changed a few years back from a full reset to 15 secs, if under 15 on the clock.
