It's nice to see the turnovers walking out the door, but boy was that ball handling display in round one for Texas embarrassing.  I really hope Marquette can get a grip on a problem that has plagued the program since Wojo's arrival.

Way to show some class.....in Koby's words GTFOH

Koby always tried his hardest and was a really good rep for the program off the court, he'll do well and I wish him nothing but the best.

Hearing him scream f*ck very audibly during a game, I believe Nova, was absolutely hysterical.

You sure it wasn't an old replay of Bob Love?

Agreed.  Fundamental basketball wasn't ever part of the "Wojo Philosophy"

Always found it hard to believe that Wojo, a PG himself, could never fill the position adequately as head coach for MU.  That has to be one of the most baffling things about Wojo.

You haven't been a dick on the Cain transfer thread yet, better head over there next

It's funny I'm getting ripped by a group of people who criticized this guy quite often during games.  Koby was not a high level player for Marquette.  He may have tried hard, but he simply wasn't very good.

Bothered me too.  Whatever, not our problem anymore.

I wasn't a Koby fan  because he was a turnover machine. But I loved his attitude, his competitiveness, and his (sadly, only occasional) stellar moments.

Good luck, don't bash the guy.

GB Warrior

Best of luck to Koby continuing his education and playing career.  Take Sy with you

I attributed that to Wojo's lack of ability to refine players' games in a well-rounded manner. My hope for Koby is that he goes to a program that stresses fundamentals and helps him focus his mind on the court. His potential is still sky high in my opinion.

You know what, you're both right. Brad's posts are almost always classy. I don't think he meant it the way he said it. Sometimes you just have to be able to discuss things, especially when a major change happens. Koby didn't feel bad to make mincemeat out of Greg Gard's recent admonishment of "kids" taking an easy way out at the first sign of adversity. I loved Kobe's calling him out. He's a man, and can take Brad's poor choice of words. Kobe's effort never took a night off, so you're 1000% right. I'm hoping he kills it at his next stop.
Zenyatta has a lot....a lot... of ground to make up. She gets there from here she'd be a super horse......what's this.....Zenyatta hooked to the grandstand side....Zenyatta flying on the outside....this....is...un-belieeeeeevable!...looked impossible at the top of the stretch...

TAMU, Knower of Ball

Best of luck Koby. Thanks for always leaving it out on the floor. Oh and thanks for the win against Xavier last season, that was fun.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Good luck Koby. My advice is to have the wisdom to listen when you want to be heard.
