I think we win comfortably tonight and lose comfortably on Friday.
Bull. We will kill the slow farm boys.

I took MU first half -1.5, purely on the basis of OK State going on the road for the first time.

Congrats. Wild ride.

Never a doubt!

And yes, I was wrong about this being their first road game.

So what do we think?     Were the first two games just cupcake warmups?    Fool's gold?   What is going to happen against a legit opponent?     Looking at the OSU roster, MU's lack of speedy 6'6 guys is going to hurt tonight.

Cowboys go down looking like a rookie on a mechanical bull.  They hang on and look good at first, fall off an get embarrassed soon after.

Except for confusing the Cowboys and the Indians (Warriors) this was downright prescient.

Yeah, there's a reason I retired the neon "fortune teller" sign a few years ago.  If I could learn to be a little more vague, I would nail it every time.  "[One team] goes down looking like a rookie on a mechanical bull.  They hang on and look good at first, fall off an get embarrassed soon after."

While Mrs. 82 and I were watching, I told her about your bet. When OSU went down court with MU leading by 3 right at the end of the half, she was rooting for you, and said, "All right!" when they didn't score.

Congrats, Dish. I'm glad at least one MU fan had one reason to smile a little.
