The foodservice industry's latest multi-concept operator was born on Monday as Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. completed a $2.9 billion acquisition of Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. and renamed itself Inspire Brands Inc.

Inspire Brands is private. There is a way to invest in Arby's indirectly. Wendys (WEN) owns 18.5% of Arbys.

Arby's and Politics don't mix, please try to keep it separate.

It was a joke, snowflake.

Went to BWW a few years back to watch some football. It had been my first time there in several years. I was surprised how much I disliked the wings. There was very little to them, and the 3 sauces we tried, including a classic medium Buffalo, were nothing special.

I love wings, and have been to at least 10 places here that are better. I won't be back.

Now Arby's ... that's a whole 'nother ballgame. Curly fry me, babee!

Ok, since I was a late joiner and contributor to Scoop, what is the deal with Arby's?

I used to hit BW3 many Fridays as a senior. 3-9 for $2 22oz beers; yes, please! Tuesday was 10 cent wing night there too. But yes, their wings contain very little meat. I don't remember the last time I went to one and got wings.

Their bone in wings are straight trash.  Boneless are fine enough.  Their chili con queso appetizer is outstanding.

As someone who used to work at BWW, best things on the menu (when I worked there) were the shrimp po boy, the buffalo Mac, and the pepper jack steak wrap.

Best value was the sampler.
