Excellent reference.

I was thinking the same thing when the Mexican player scored in the CONCAFAF final last night and pulled his shirt off.  I think these under-shirts (??) are becoming pretty commonplace.  You can often see a significant bulge under the jersey on the players' upper back, that I think is part of the monitoring device.
