Yeah I don't understand the pessimism and especially those of you who seem to be openly cheering against MU. It's very odd.

I think this is a good matchup for MU. Ja is great but I spent the last hour or so watching their games. Teams simply didn't have the personnel to double or hedge him in the pick and roll. Marquette does. They'll dare others to beat them and unless Murray State's others get hot I think we'll win by double digits. They have a couple guys we can stash Markus on so he doesn't have to chase Ja around much.

When MU is on offense, Murray State simply doesn't have the personnel to defend us. Their big guy is slow. If we put him in pick and roll then Howard will feast on him. The Hausers should be able to shoot over their wing players. Other than Ja, they don't have a ton of quickness or athleticism.

Of course Morant could go crazy and will them to a win. But give me Marquette giving 4.5 points all day in this one.
