1. Markus Howard, PG, Marquette

I picked Marquette to reach its first Final Four since Dwyane Wade donned the blue and gold -- and Howard, a product of decorated Findlay Prep (think Avery Bradley, Bol Bol, Tristan Thompson and Kelly Oubre Jr.), was the main reason why. A dominant scorer at all three levels, the 5-foot-11, 175-pound point guard plays with great pace and shows enough strength in the lane that you forget about his small stature. Plus, Howard is hyper-efficient. As a sophomore, he posted shooting splits of 46-40-93.

Never knew there was a spot better than #1.

Wow, predicting a final four appearance.  I hope Wojo keeps them focused.
