Gotta fit Tyus Jones in there somewhere too. It wasn't just Grayson doing work in the championship game.

I tried to stick to one per year. Tyus Jones definitely worthy but Grayson Allen turned that game around, right after I sent a congratulatory text to one of my Badger friends.

Kevaughn Allen also deserves honorable mention.

C'mon guys. Steph Curry. This is obvious.

This.  Rarely do you see a player single-handedly beat a team.  Especially a well coached team like the Rodents.  But Curry did it.  And he did it well.

If we're going really old guy, the best single-game tournament performance I ever was was Bill Walton in '73.  21-22 FG, 44 pts and 13 rebs in the championship game.

I agree, but I was thinking more in terms of last second shots not complete game or tourney performances - because the OP had Chiozza in there.

Missing the point. These are all players that took down the badgers in March and deserve our neverending praise.

Yeah, I thought this thread's purpose was pretty obvious. Guess not.

Truly a horrible list,  jackson n chiozza no FF.
Harrison was part of the pathetic loss to Wisconsin when Calipari inexplicably went away from the low post offense that wisky could not stop to the 1-4 low offense that put Harrison in a possition to do what he didnt do well.  Another great example of coaches losing games.
Nevertheless, its like a rushmore of warren g harding, herbert hoover, millard fillmore, and william henry harrison.
