The thing about Elliott.... on paper, it may appear that he will be the 6th guard, behind MH, AR, HC, DW, and SA.   In reality, there is going to be minutes available.   And, if he puts in the work, there will be huge minutes available as a soph, particularly backing up the point.

Starting in 2018-2019 and moving forward, I have to think there will be a lot of minutes available for someone that carve out a niche as a defensive stopper at the 2 or 3.  Especially after AR and DW graduate, MH probably projects to fully take over the 1 to the tune of 30-35 mpg.  But that's always going to create a need for a 2 with some height that can prevent matchup problems in the backcourt.

And the the shooting that we'll have from MH, Hauser, Bailey will spread the court and create enough offense in Wojo's system to obviate the need for big time offense from the 2. Seems like it'll be a good chance for a young recruit to carve out pretty big minutes and be able to develop his offensive game on the fly.
