FWIW

I have seen various spellings of Haanif's nickname.  "Haani" has been used a number of times when quoting Wojo in the JS.

"He works like crazy," head coach Steve Wojciechowski said. "You see Haani continuing to blossom as a player. He's a guy who early in the season was getting most of his stuff done going to the basket but to be able to complement that with hitting an open shot is a good thing."

Great win last night!

Whatever his name is, he scored 15 points last night, quietly, making lay-ups during the game.  I can not think of any player in MU history that takes it to the hole
more often then he does.  Surprisingly he can not jump much at all, and still gets inside.  Height does help.  The last two games he used his right hand to make a lay-up,
so he must be working on his weaknesses.  Like that.  15 lbs and a mid-range game and he will be truly hard to defend.  The one turnover in the last 2 minutes, shows
he still needs to improve his IQ on the court.  Horrible play.  Could be the next player at MU to average 20 a game in the future.

I think Gail Pudvan would say that honor belongs to Butch Lee

He's ridiculously crafty around the rim. On two occasions he made seemingly impossible layups. On the first, he was lost in the trees and with lightning quickness went up before they could react. On the second, he drove from the right elbow, went up with his ball in the right hand and then at the last second switched to his left hand and kissed the rock off the glass. I don't think a lot of people caught that. Just pure talent.

His name sounds like something out of the Hunger Games.

Trish the Dish  was hotter and possibly smarter (Beta Alpha Psi).

I consider George Thompson to be the best at that, but Lee, Meminger and Worthen are right up there.
