There was talk of this challenge some time ago on the Holyland board, but I havent seen this topic brought up since then.

I think the challenge is a good idea. It would be especially cool if there is a critical BE-PAC12 game in the NCAA tourney the season prior to the launch of the challenge (eg, Nova-UCLA in the FF)
