Most likely for summer league. The team can retain his rights if they want to designate him to NBDL.

Kinda like Buycks and the OKC Thunder.

Potential is the most often used word in sports.  Unfortunately it is absolutely worthless if the player doesnt use it. Jamil does not have enough of it to continue to not use all of it.
