Gus and Raftery are doing a two-fer... After that game, they are driving down via bus to call the Butler game as well.  FS1 is presenting it as a special thing (cameras on the bus), so MU game probably never consideration with Omaha being far away from other games.

Phew. I can't stand Gus Johnson. Dickie V's schtick was entertaining for the first 15 years. Gus's schtick is already old after only a few years. And while I like Raftery, he was way better as the third wheel alongside Bilas and McDonough.

FS1 can't afford a private jet?

Probably actually faster to step out of the booth onto a bus and drive the hour and a half than being shuttled to an airport, loaded onto a jet, do the preflight stuff, fly for 25 minutes, land, take another car to the game...Just more hassle than it's worth.

The Greene/Robinson team doing the Providence/Seton Hall game is awful.  Too many mistakes, dead air, just plain poor choice of topics.  It shouldn't be this bad when Fox is hyping the league and this opening day "series" of games.

I don't mind Gus Johnson...  just a bit hyper.  I cannot stand (nor could I ever) Dickie V., Chris Berman, or Jim Nance.

I am guessing you are only familiar with scheduled commercial travel. GV fliers are above such misery.

Kachina is horrible. On one end of the floor a guy was fouled on a 3 and she said he'll shoot 2. On the other end after a (bogus) goaltending call she said he'll shoot 2, when if course it was 1. She needs to go.
