Man; that is amazing. One guy reads a Jr. in HS's twitter, and another knows what CUSA stands for--Country USA in Oshkosh. Some of us need to develop more diverse pastimes.

Don't know too many D3, but Illinois has some great  High School Ones:

Who would wouldn't want to be part of the Hoopeston Cornjerkers, for example?

The mascot for high school in Polo, Illinois is the Marco.  Yes, they are the Polo Marcos.

And it has gone the way of the Warrior, but who can forget the infamous Pekin Chinks?


And this one isn't in Illinois, but I am a proud owner of a Watersmeet Nimrod sweatshirt.  We vacation in that area every summer.

I just dealt with a banker at JP Morgan Chase with a first name of Nimrod.  I also represented someone years ago who sold a building in Chicago to two brothers with the last name of Nimrod.  Call me crazy, but wouldn't most people change their name if they were saddled with that name?
