Laughed at the worst case, but anyone who has watched DG knows he wouldn't try to dunk on a final play unless he had a completely free breakaway. Big Smoove would always lay it in from some bizarrely off-balance angle.

Though as a soccer fan, I have a grudging respect for that. If Americans could dive with the proficiency guys like Ronaldo and Gardner do, we'd be far more competitive at the beautiful game. Simulating a foul, like diving, is a skill and DG is quickly becoming a pro.

Completely agree.  Unfortunately I think the refs are starting to wise to his arm flailing and screaming.  He just doesn't seem to get as many calls as he used to.
