Did I miss the part about them falling in love with him?  It seems like they just dont think a good coach will go there. 

If anything they don't think Buzz is a good fit for some unstated reason.

Who cares, the point is that no matter how he got here Buzz is fantastic and I sure hope the admin doesn't drive him away.  That would be an absolute travesty.
