Lazar's freshman v senior #s were in the media guide a few years back. His improvement was inhuman, but I don't recall particulars

I think that's one of the things to stress (and I imagine Buzz and co. do) to recruits, that they will leave MU with an NBA-ready body.
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

Pretty much commonplace at most D1 programs these days.

What are saying Lance (Armstrong)?

I think anyone would be naive for anyone to think that college players (or any MU players) don't do any PEDs. I know that they get tested, but from what I read the NCAA drug testing is a joke and I doubt they do blood testing.

A "clean" would mean only getting it to the first position on your shoulders.  The "jerk" is from the shoulders to above your head.

Just because I follow MU S&C on facebook, it annoys me that they constantly mislabel their Snatch and Clean results. They just posted an update to the MBB Snatch record that was actually a hang power snatch. I would expect the S&C program to use the right terminology.

I'm guessing the Clean listed in this record is probably a power clean.

Glad I got that off my chest.

(Hang Power) Snatch record is 80 kg by Garrett Swanson. Clean record is listed above.

A lot of the videos they post are for the other programs (WBB, Lax, etc)

Back in the day I think the MU record for Snatch was around 3 in a day. Of course, that was prior to coed dorms.

Lee Chin-Yong (Korea), achieved 612 chin-ups at Jongmyo Park, Seoul, South Korea on 29 December 1994. Aged 70, he completed them in 2 hr 40 min.

Kim Jong Il shot a 38, including 11 hole-in-ones his FIRST time golfing. He also had a thing for Hennessy, Beluga Caviar, the blood of virgins, and Swedish Hookers. The man knew how to live.
