I say happy vacation, because taking a break from work is what really matters to me this time of year!

Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

I say Merry Christmas.  It's one I practice.  My Jewish friends, I hope they say Happy Hanukah, it's what they practice.

Shouldn't the greeting be based on what they practice? I say Happy Hanukah to my Jewish friends. They wish Merry Christmas to me.

Merry Christmas, Chicos.

I think I'd respond to that, "I can, but I don't want you think I want you to have a sh**ty New Year."

Thank you Brew - my exact thought.

I generally say "Happy Holidays" because I'm too lazy to say "have a nice Christmas eve, a Merry Christmas, a safe New Year's Eve and Happy New Year". The 's' in 'Holidays' covers 'em all.

Jeez, Bus, you're kind of hard on LW's grammar - I only saw 3 bad mistakes. Did I miss some?
