HoopsMalone

Once Vander signed and we knew that DJO and Jimmy were studs, we all thought that this would finally be the team to break into the second weekend.

Well, after all that happened this season:
-being shut out by the major conference teams pre-Big East
-both Louisville games
-the bubble losses to SJU/Cincy
-missing on Shaw
-the younger guys developing slowly
-Gary Parrish's tabloid rumors
-at Seton Hall

It was all worth it.  It looks like we all spotted it over the summer that this was the deep team to finally do it.

I'd trade all the adversity this season for this weekend.  This team is really showing us something and the young guys (and young coach) grew up a lot.
