Would someone look at this link, which is an analysis of Marquette on Kenpom.com, and tell me what the TO rate% actually means?  Does it mean Jae is No. 1 in the country on least amount of TOs?

It means, of players that played at least 40% of their team's minutes, his turnover percentage was the lowest in the nation (turnovers divided by possessions).  It's very impressive.
