Absolutely absurd.  I'm not one to call out bias, but we are getting screwed on some of these calls.

If you can figure out BE officiating, you are better than I.  No call on Buycks 3 yet they called the one on Cadougan (and rightly so).  

As to your question, the charge is not under the hoop.  It is being the off defender under the hoop.  It is an imaginary line, though, which allows for inconsistency in the calls.  Go to the NBA dotted line.
