My primary frustration with this year's team has been what I, rightly or wrongly, perceived to be an inability to hold on and close out games. I know there will be off nights and lost chances, but these seemed to be the rule rather than the exception for a stretch.  Given the tone change on here after the Louisville game I think that I am not alone in my reaction.

Big props to this team for stepping up when they had to against both Providence and WV!  Call it "growth," "experience" or whatever you want, I am just happy to see it, and give props to both Buzz and the team.

We've had trouble getting stops late in many of the games we lost...that leaves little margin for error on the O end.   With not great d, games can be more erratic with big score shifts.  Team is susceptible to long runs against them but they can also go on them.
