Nope. This definitely belongs in the Al. Congrats to the ladies.

When I was at MU the soccer girls were always gorgeous AND very talented and athletic. Gotta love em.

Rachel Sloan also made 1st team, and Rosie Malone-Povolny made 3rd.

That's 4 of the 13 spots on the 1st team, and the first 2 major Big East awards won by MU athletes.

Nobody mentioned that the MU Ladies got a 3 seed in the NCAA tournament.  They'll be playing this Friday at 7:30 down at Valley Fields against Western Michigan.

UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee are also in the field of 64.  They play EACH OTHER at 5pm on Friday at Valley Fields too.  It should be a great couple of games to see live!

Then if MU wins we play the winner of UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee at Valley Fields on Sunday.  Wow!  Best of luck to the Lady Warriors!

Here's a link to the official bracket.

BIG TIME BUMMER that the Women play Friday night at 7:30 and the Basketball game is at 8. I want to go to both!

Yeah, tough timing for the girls. I doubt any students will go...
