Congrats to the #12/#13 ranked women's soccer team who finished the regular season 11-0-0 to win their second consecutive American Division Championship.

Congrats to the ladies.

Maybe one day Coach Bennett might be able to get the men's program to have the success the womens team has.

Superbar?

Al worthy for sure.

Ladies Soccer has always been a favorite of mine. While I'm not a fan of the sport, they were never douchey like the men's team.

Superbar?

Nope. This definitely belongs in the Al. Congrats to the ladies.

When I was at MU the soccer girls were always gorgeous AND very talented and athletic. Gotta love em.

And relates to Marquette Men's Basketball how?

Congrats to the MU Women's Soccer team!  Best of luck in the BEast tourney and crush those Notre Dame golden domers!

Funny how that works, considering how awful the men's team has been the past several years.

Give it up!

Has the whole world gone crazy? Am I the only one around here who gives a SHlT about the rules? Mark it zero!

Talented and athletic?  I'll give you that.  What years were you here to make the other comment? When I was here in the early 80's, a good looking woman was called a visitor.  (my wife and a select few others excluded).

I'm sure the 12 people in attendance at the game were happy.

I also think this is superbar material.  I don't really care enough to argue about it, though.

2004-2008. I never personally dated a soccer girl, but a couple of my friends did. Went to a few soccer parties. They were always laid back and a fun bunch.

Marquette seems to have gotten a bad reputation with its ladies, and I never really understood it. There was never a shortage of good looking girls. Now, in winter, most of them didn't give a crap and wore sweatpants everywhere. But in Spring and Fall, there was plenty to look at.

I was there, and I'd say 12 students in attendance is a good estimate. However, there were quite a few others (mainly players' families and parents with younger soccer-playing daughters.), and it was Fall Break. Hopefully, the students will show proper support at the BET game and if they get an NCAA home game. The atmosphere when they played Florida in the NCAA's a few years ago was great.

The largest crowd ever at Valley Fields was a few years ago when they played Notre Dame and won.  There were thousands and thousands in attendance that night.  Amazing atmosphere.

Were you there between '99-'03? I was and your description is exactly the one I would use to describe the soccer girls at that period too. Smokeshows, every last one of 'em.

Yeah, what we really need is more wailing about recruiting.  We need to talk Willie Warrior off the ledge. (jump Willie, jump)

Once the season starts, superbar.  Now, who cares.  Happy to root for a Warrior team with success.

I was '02 - '06 and I would concur.
