Team personnel and support staff arrived at the squad's headquarters for the week around 10 p.m. local time. The charter flight went without incident, but did include a quick stop in Lincoln, Neb., to add the necessary fuel to make it to San Jose.

Interesting.  So the band and support fly nonstop and the team has to stop for gas?  Hope they at least got Yous an exit row.

I don't think so. The team had EXTRA comfy seats...I think the band flew coach.

Charter.  And from the picture, it doesn't exactly look like they're flying the Indian Express.  On Mac's blog he rips on DePaul for still flying commercial.

He goes more in depth on an interview on Homer's show, saying essentially no Big Six conference team should have to fly commercial.  Apparently Majerus complained about flying commercial at SLU until he got them to pony up for chartered flights.

Looked the team plane was a regional jet with wider seats, doesn't have the range to fly to SJ non-stop, 2nd plane was likley a 737 or the like which does have the range.
