Can anyone provide advice on the best way for someone to buy tickets for the Big East Mens Tournament? I assume this years tickets are scarce and am more interested in next. Do I just go to Ticketmaster? Contact MU?......Help!

I can't remember which team message board I saw it on but there is a  great how to get tickets, what to expect at the Big east tournament posted somewhere.  Only a guess but I would guess it was on Uconn, Georgetown or Syracuse board.  The NBE blog also has a link to ticket info at the end of every article these days.  First call should be to MU.

Scalp 'em in front of MSG. Nobody cares about Marquette out there, so depending on the session/game, you could get a bargain. Went through MU two years ago and got pretty good seats through B&G Fund, but now that I've done it, I'd save the money and scalp them.
