Looks like he's right at the projected cut line. Hope he has a good round and can make it!

Skatastrophy

To wrap up the discussion of the last tourney, MVS missed the cut.

The good news is that Mike tees off this afternoon in the US Bank Championship (formerly the GMO).  Good luck to him!

Finished with a 2-over 72. Got some work to do tomorrow.

Followed most of his round online, he missed a ton of fairways.

Anyone know what the cut line formula is?  Is it 10 strokes within the lead or X number of players or do they do something else?

Usually top 70 players + those tied at the high number.
But I like to throw handfuls...

I believe the 10 strokes within in the lead is only at the Masters...or it's limited. I think Chili has it right.

Mike finished Friday at +3 overall - unfortunately, while the cut is not yet set as others have yet to finish their second round, it will likely be at +1 or +2.  Sorry Mike, good luck with your other upcoming tournaments.
