Its been done before, doubt he's the first....

Because I was dead serious.   ;)

Odds of him playing the 3 with E Will, Butler, Fulce, etc. are not good.  Kid better hit the weights.

MUONTOP

oooo my bad....gooood one...thanks

I think the article says the coaches want him to play the 3 and he is just following orders

iiiiitts okkay.

On his position i got the impression he sees himself as a 3 more than the coaches.   Assume the coaches may have told him you can play a 3 just to humor him(I know the horror of the thought).     I'd put money on him playing the 4/5 spot for us especially when like I said our 3 spot is filled up.

TOS

You're allowed to link there.  I had to search all around to figure out what the hell you were talking about.

FYI, It's an insider article, but the free preview tells you all you need to know for this thread..

just an aside, Clark is playing the 4 and 5 position for Hill College according to his coach in Rosiak's article....so 3 position is probably wishful thinking on Clark's part.

funny, I read the whole article.  Dodds must have forgot to initially premium that bad boy.

And sorry about the TOS, that's an old rivals.com habit, That Other Site

Dude, don't tease me like that.

As much as I can't stand his screaming when he dunks, if we had a player like that...

Needless to say, I would be ecstatic

GGGG

I did enjoy last night when he airballed a shot from the key and Bilas said "There was a reason you were wide open."

MR.HAYWARD

lamar odom and many others not saying he will but first in history is way off

Henry Sugar

I thought in Buzz' offense, it was basically a PG, three wings, and then a post.  So it's not like he's competing just at the three spot offensively.  He's looking to develop the skills to play spots 2-4.

Tim Thomas..

Never understood why so many of these tall kids want to show off their "skills" when if they mastered thir post-up game they would be all but guaranteed big money in the NBA.  Think of the # of highly skilled post men in the NCAAs and then review their draft prospectus.

You are aware that Clark weighs ~200 lbs, right?  He's not exactly an aircraft carrier.

And how old is he?  Plenty of time to fill out.  Much more competition not only at MU but everywhere at the 3 spot.  Better off getting stronger and developing a low post game.

MerrittsMustache

I wouldn't be opposed to MU having a 6'10" guy who plays inside/outside.

Think about it this way...how often have you said to yourself "If only Lazar was 4" taller!"?  ;)

M@RQUETTEW@RRIORS

Almost as many times as I have said to myself "If only Lazar were playing next to a skilled 6'10" guy ;D

Steve Novak may not have been called a SF but he was used like one in the offensive scheme of the MU team he played on.
