Off topic, but do any of the TV insiders have an opinion on how the situation with the regional sports networks will be resolved? Is it a game of chicken between Sinclair and the streaming companies? Or will the RSNs only be available on traditional cable moving forward?

In terms of the Big East Conference not sure it's anything to worry about. Zero games in 2020 have been scheduled on the RSN'S.
I think the rubber will hit the road with YTTV and Hulu once the NBA and NHL starts back up.

Yesterday, I went Sling Blue (FS1) plus sports package (FS2 and Pac12).
Sling is offering BOGO right now.
So, two months of Blue costs $30 total.
Sports package costs $10/month.
$25/month for the next two months to see MUBB on the 3 channels necessary.
As Mr. Nielsen alluded to earlier, there maybe games on CBSSN later on in the season. I will probably get a free trial on YTTV and/or Hulu live for those games.

The new sub license deal with CBS Sports calls for a minimum two appearances each for a Big East school. Of course things can change this year, with a choppy schedule.

I would have thought that Fox would fight tooth and nail to get CU v KU so they could throw it in primetime rather than Gtown v Coppin St (that Creighton game at 6 followed by us would have been the perfect night for me). Instead ESPN pushes it to an earlier time so they can include it as part of a triple header with a pair of B10/ACC Challenge games for an admittedly stacked line-up.

Game is at Kansas. Which the Big 12 school is the home team. Meaning ESPN has the boardcast rights. Boardcast rights always go to the home school.

This will be his 6th MU game. Looks like he was forced to sit out UCLA (Blabberin' Bill) and APB (Sufferin' Simpkins).
Though, after the UCLA atrocity, my wife mentioned during the Jayhawk game that she was impressed with the commentator, and that "he has a nice voice". lol. I'll take Lavin every day vs. the other 2 we've had :)
