Experienced the Fiserv's new order by yourself system yesterday and it was a complete disaster. At least at Sobelmann's.
Orders were flying out of the receipt printer and the workers couldn't keep up. If you didn't order food, your order was probably not fulfilled bc the only orders attended to were when baskets of food were put up.
The workers tried their best but they were understaffed and couldn't really figure out where to begin.
The "system" clearly needs some fine tuning.

You really are entitled. First you want a big time program and then great service at Fiserv.

Interesting, my son ordered at the do-it-yourself kiosk at the chicken place, perfect. At Sobelman's, a woman took our order like normal, did not have the diy computers.

Agreed. Shame on anyone who left before their order was ready. Let's hope the recruits didn't see that.
One other Fiserv failure story:
My wife was sitting in 221 and the usher seemed to want to see her ticket .. so she took out her phone but struggled to get the app up, get the ticket to display quickly.
The usher says "Having trouble? Let me help, I went to Wisconsin, I know how to use a phone."
My wife is always very kind, but she was rightfully pissed off.
Fire that SOB!

Appropriate response was, "Usher, seems about right for a UW grad."

Did he major in Arena Ushering at Madison?
Agreed, she missed a golden opportunity to return that serve.

There were multiple food places closed, which seemed really odd given that they knew it was a sell out. If a sell out isn't enough to get the pizza joint going, what are they waiting for?
Beer line at halftime was horrible. Multiple stands closed for what reason?
I particularly love the old white men waiting in line at the all gender bathrooms in-between all the families with little kids.

That's been my biggest complaint about Fiserv. The DePaul game was also really bad.
Did they pilot this new system at the SH game? It seems to be a risk to do it for a sold out Saturday. Seems like the Georgetown game would have made more sense.

It was up and running near 225 for the Georgetown game. I had no issues, but the lines were very small.

I did it at Sobelmans near 107 for the Georgetown game with no issue at all, but it was obviously a much less crowded game.

Is there something that would biologically - or otherwise - preclude "old white men" from being able to use all gender bathrooms?

I could answer this, but no politics.
I actually had a guy take my order from Sobelmann's at the Butler game... I had just moved over to the pick-up line when they called my name; some HS-aged kid walks up in front of me and grabs the order, I ask him if his name is the same as mine, he says yes, I chalked it up to coincidence and he walks away. So here I am thinking they'll call my name again, but after a few minutes, I have to ask the pick-up guy if he has another order for me. Fortunately, the he didn't question me and replaced my order.

Priceless!
I've been to dozens of arenas and stadiums, and if you want to appreciate what you have, go see the Army/Navy game in Philly. Everything is sold out by the end of the 1st quarter. They don't sell alcohol (except in the big bucks suites), and literally nothing left. The comment is the same every year. "We didn't know they (Mids and Cadets) would eat so much." Been to 7 or 8 of them and always the same. Fiserv can't be that bad!
PS: Love Lambeau! Been there once (Raider game last year) and was one of my best sports experiences.

Nothing, just general respect that those bathrooms intended for them. Those bathrooms are intended for families and non-cis gendered individuals.
Perfect example, had to wait to change my daughter for 5 minutes at the All gender bathroom so a middle aged man could be comfy in what I could only imagine was his poop and browse time....and this was with 6 minutes to go in the first half

mu03eng - Just wondering ... Do you have to buy a ticket for your daughter or does she get in free?

She's 8 months so she's free. Rule is 2 and under, but I got my now 4 year old son in without a ticket with no issue up until this season. Key is to carry them in through security while bringing a diaper bag....as soon as they see them walking by themselves they expect a ticket (generally speaking)

Agreed. FWIW - I've carried kids into BC and FiFo up to the age of 5.
(Although my youngest isn't much bigger than the average 2-3 year-old, so if your kid is 95th percentile on the growth charts, YMMV).

Yeah my son is very tall (taller than most 5 year olds) but I'm tall so ratio wise it worked out. The wife character would have been a dead give away cause he's over half her size these days. Didn't think I could get away with it this season, plus the dude never shuts up.
Fortunately or unfortunately my daughter looks like she going to be tall as well so she'll max out at 3 more seasons.

Why not just change her in the men's room? Don't they have changing tables in there? At that time you would have had the whole place to yourself.

Pretty cool they let the kids in! I guess if I take my son up there with me, he won't pass easy. Looks young, but 6'9". Perhaps a fake recruit?

My daughter is 6, and knows how disgusting you pigs are in the men's room stalls.
So when we go to a game, it's our only option. Families and old white guys that can't handle the meat summit.

Unlike the BC, no there is no place in the mens room to change her that isn't the floor. And those are specific for changing, why should I have to accommodate a middle aged man that can't poop before leaving his house?

FiFo botched the men's bathrooms. They made the ratio 60% female and 40% men. They need to add more adult male capacity in a retrofit.
