Flashback to more than 5.5 years ago... a poster on this site talked about an IUPUI player, as well as Eron Harris, who scored 31 for Michigan State Sunday evening... remember, Bus Patterson is I4
Quote from: Jay Bee on May 02, 2011, 12:45:55 AM
Patterson is good, not great. Could turn into a very good player. Settles a lot, although he's not close to an elite shooter. Can do multiple things though.. solid overall, not great. Could be pretty good, but I'm not sold.
btw... Eron Harris (2012) who has run with these kids for Indiana Elite is a nice looking player. If he winds up at a mid major, he may be the man on a team. Not a strong frame, but long and athletic. Drills open deep balls with ease and can attack to the rim or pull up for the j. Active on defense... looks close to 6'4" to me.. fairly versatile. I wonder if a bigger school doesn't eventually snatch him up... so far it's just been mid-majors I think.. but I like the kid a lot (more than any of those I4 jagoffs).

More than I thought
It's a shame they couldn't have started this game ar a worse time. Definitely fan friendly planning by the brass.

Brass doesn't have much say in it. FS1 games run at 6:30 and 8:30.
Markus, Sam, Matt, Traci, and Haanif starting. Wojo is clearly trying to make a point to the seniors.

Thanks, I knew I could count on you to know the real scoop. You never fail to have the answer to my concerns.

First thought: trailing 12-11, I wonder what the thoughts will be if we are upset in a nail biter. Defensive breakdowns are why we allowed 12 points in 4 minutes.
Second thought: what would the crowd look like if we'd won two in NYC?

He's just throwing his body into the lane hoping for a call. So far he's getting them, but those shots have had no chance of going in.
maybe this was mentioned already somewhere, but fish's mom must have finally been able to tell him that his previous haircut(or whatever that was) was fackin hideous. call me old fashioned, but he might have fit in with wretched johnny and the dry heaves, but not on the court, imho that is. he looks good now

I don't want to jinx anything, but Heldt has looked solid so far

Yes.
Nice sequence all around. Howard's shot was off the mark, but great saving rebound by Sam, great feed, great finish.

Scramble the starting lineup and stick to the rapid substitution pattern. Consistent today with the bad defense= bench time theme.

You do know that classes are over and everyone has gone home for Thanksgiving, right?
Liking the ball movement
Same ole Traci
If this were close, AR and KR's conscience free gunning would be irking me.

Nope, I honestly forgot it was Thanksgiving week. Glad there's a reason. And it actually filled in somewhat (relatively) since the game started

The only bad shot Rowsey took was the mid range shot off the inbounds pass. Everyone not named Luke or Matt absolutely should shoot the 3s he's missed. He just missed them.
Rinehart loves to chuck it.
Duane won't lead us in scoring but he's been our best player tonight. Doing some of everything, making the extra pass, getting to loose balls, and had a three taken from him on JJ's offensive. He needs to play more.
Duane is the stud of the game. Not even close.

Ya think? But wojo needs to pull his head out of his butt to get that thought.
Don't get the ripping of KR....the dude is playing a really solid game tonight...and is moving the ball...gasp...even passing up on his 3s to a teammate with a better shot. i have a sense he will be targeted on this board all year no matter what he does...

The season will be known as the "Hatin' on Katin" season.
Man, Hawser's shot is puuuuuure
I know we're up by 28 but we're damn sloppy.
I like Sam's rebounding. Bring on Joey.

Katin has been better tonight but I totally understand the frustration. Half his points came at the line on plays where he threw himself into the lane with no hope of scoring but got the call. He'll certainly have his nights, and this seems to be one of them, but there's been a number of "what the <bleep> are you thinking?" moments tonight too.
Nice move Du.....a little swag there
Damn, Katin deserved to get the assist after that steal and pass to Haanif

Finished 3 for 10 tonight.
That's 5 for 26 in last three games at a 19% rate.
He started season with 4 for 14 against Vandy.

I was there that night. My freshman year, 118-60, Al pulled his starters with 8 minutes left or we would have scored 140.
